Property is located right in the middle of the Santa Caterina shopping district. Easy access to hop-on hop-off tour buses and the Metro if you don't want to traverse the hills of the neighborhood. Other than the A/C not working during our stay (lucky it was April), the hotel is awesome

The staff was friendly upon check-in. We had a room on the 3rd floor which was quite small for 2 people and had a terrible and strong chemical odor due to construction of the 4th floor which made me sick. I didn't smell the odor on Sunday but smell it immediately on Monday and again felt nausea and it gave me a terrible headache. I informed the front desk and was moved to another room on a separate floor. No apologies was given. Besides that issue everything else was excellent. Its a beautiful hotel and clise to many shops and Café including majestic Café. No access to the gym or roof deck because of the construction. My son loved the decor.
