Bright ground floor 2,100 sqft unit including a 400 sqft terrace overlooking the pool area and ocean. Located in the high-end condominium complex of Quinta del Sol, which has several pools surrounded by manicured landscaping and lawn areas. Beautiful beach with plenty of shade from palm trees, beach loungers and kayaks. Excellent location, 3-4 minute walk on the beach from the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club, the main restaurants and shopping area, the marina, the golf course, and the dolphinarium.

Beautiful Location
Furniture was not comfortable except deck loungers, but location is good, other issues like bbq in picture but did not work, garburator did not work which we would not care but the smell was horrible. Would not stay here again.
