"My wife and I visited at an off-peak time of the season (end of September) so the resort was NOT crowded at all. Going to a pool for their swim-up bar was amazing before roughly noon or 1pm as we were often the ONLY ones in the pool or ordering drinks. Most resorts put a lot of pressure on you to pay for extras, even at all-inclusives. This place did not - but options exist if you’re interested. Everything was laid back, easy-breezy, take it or leave it, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder!
The rooms left a little to be desired. Older, not very up to date. The water actually stopped during my shower (presumably because the building ran out of water) but thankfully restarted after about 20-30 seconds. Otherwise we had no major complaints and it was a terrific stay!"
