I liked the no smoking on the property and the live music was great. I didn't like how the website made it look good when in fact it is a very old property ,the beach was very dirty,the staff was not friendly and not wanting to help you out like I wanted to paddle board and I wasn't sure how he said just get on your knees and paddle and left no other instructions or help. The alcohol was all very cheap from there and very watered down. We weren't told at check-in we could use the other properties and we found out one day before we left so we didn't get to check it out. I would never recommend Princess property to anyone 😔.

Stayed here for a birthday trip. The food was amazing, lots of choice. Shout out to our waiter Bryan, who made our stay much better and more fun! I recommend the Mexican grill restaurant. However, in restaurant Bruschetta, the staff was not welcoming and we had to wait for a long time for our food. Unfortunately, there was no welcoming drink at check in, as promised. We had a beautiful swim out room that was definitely worth the extra money. There are no snacks, only a mini fridge with the drinks. The activities around the area were awesome, but the main pool was small and not enough space for all guests. Our favorite entertainment worker Rhamses made this inconvenience almost invisible. Loved the Burlesque show and the foam party! Lots of exotic animals walking around the resort. They are well taken care of.

This is our second time at this hotel and we absolutely love coming here. We stayed in a swimout room and it was a lot of fun. The activities were fun, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was amazing. Shout out to our buffet waiter Brian. Will definitely come back.

We enjoyed the resort. Good food and drinks. Enjoyed the Italian restaurant the most and the Steak restaurant the least. Buffet was good quality and selection. Rooms were clean and very spacious. No complaints. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would go again, but probably the Family side next time.

Room smelled of mildew. Floors and premises slippy. Went to brush teeth one morning .. slipped and fell. Now have to get fluid removed from knee… the best was they wanted to charge for a wheelchair to get food. Most staff .. could not speak English. Food was “ vial” may I mention I’m not a foodie. I heard and saw more injured than I. Most afraid to file complaint because maybe had a few drinks. You better tip of you will wait for your drink,. I think a tipping out of control when management allow tip jars at Buffer. I believe this to be unacceptable. Used “ filthy “ bathrooms in both pool and bar areas. By pool not only to much water on floor … but three days not even a light bulb. I have been to Mexico more than 10 times. Pay extra and go to a far better experience. I feel like I wasted a lot of money. I will say “Irene” at front desk was amazing and other staff could benefit from her ability to try and make things right.because of bleeding on sheets .. they were never changed the whole time I was there. Bell hood will tell you the 3 low lass alcohol in room are “ free”.. don’t insult me.. we paid a lot of money for our all inclusive. No new beach towels the whole time. Bad taste in my mouth… enough to never return to Mexico again. “ Greed will the ruination”

The property is fairly sprawling. The staff were great. Things were pretty quiet. The only thing was the food. It was terrible. For a 5 star resort, the food was 1 star. Room service especially was gross. I ordered a burger, well done. The center of the meat patty was RAW. Not undercooked, but raw. The fries were or very poor quality. I ordered a coffee service one evenging and the pot of coffee they brought ... was empty. The buffets were strip mall quality at best. I am not exaggerating here.

I really love this property. You stay here you have access to the two sister properties, where if you want to eat there you can easily have the concierge make reservations for you. (No reservations required at this resort except habachi but next door is required at the ala carts.). Overall I find the food to be very good and the staff truly amazing, they work very hard to ensure you are having a great time. The pools are fun, you can find a good time or a quiet spot. The beach has eroded but you can go to the sister property where it is much larger. The biggest downside is the pool/ beach towel - you are supposed to leave them and the maids are supposed to replace them. Out of 7 days that only happened once for me. Had to go through the pain of tracking down new ones.

Had an overall great stay. All the restaurants were delicious, lots of tasty drinks, super friendly staff. Beach is close by and they have a shuttle that goes to and from town 3 times a day. Would definitely go back.
