Staff were great, all the way around. Room we booked was Garden view with 2 beds. What we got was one king bed with offer to have rollaway brought up and a view of a pool of stagnant water that smelled terrible with construction of a new resort behind it. No chairs on the balcony, not they were needed because you couldn't sit out there because of the smell unless the wind was blowing hard off the ocean. No room number placard outside our room, door key electronics would only work if you jiggled the door first before using the bracelet to unlock it. Access to bottled water was poor and was hot. No juice other than orange. No ice machines anywhere that I could find. Bed bugs were really bad. Almost everyone in our group of 6 we were with were bitten all over to the point that blisters formed and popped. 4 of the 6 of us got sick with something that I think we have narrowed down to sea lice. When I say sick I mean 24 hour of vomiting and diarrhea. Doctor had to be called to both our rooms to administer shots. Beach was not maintained as far as sea grass and sea weed. We had to walk through 8 to 16 inches high and 2 to 5 feet of this just to get to the water. Food was good, bars were good, pools were good but i will not be traveling to this resort again. The negetives far outweighed the posistives for me.
