I liked the premium experience the property gave, however I didn’t like that it wasn’t included in the price. You pay an additional 100.00 per night for premium service, which includes various amenities throughout complex. The staff was very nice and courteous. We loved the chic show, archery, and spa. Would’ve rated resort higher but room didn’t cool off. Thermostat was set for 68 degrees Fahrenheit, but never got to that temperature. Technicians looked at a/c and stated it was fine. We ended up getting a fan sent to our room, due to temperature. Also, liquor was watered down. One other complaint is that we waited for 20 minutes for a ride from spa, which never came. We ended up walking to grand pallium for ride back to TRS Resort.

We stayed at TRS Yucatan for 7 nights for our honeymoon in Feb 2024 and we had an amazing experience! We were greeted with champagne upon arrival and upgraded from a junior to a suite when checking in. Our butlers at Villa 70, Paola, Erasmo, and Carlos were very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and helped arranged dinner reservations and a Bali bed. The in-suite room service food was delicious and they were able to accommodate my food preferences (gluten free). The TRS restaurants had EXCEPTIONAL service and delicious food. A special thanks to Fernando (El Gaucho), Eugenio (Capricho), and Frederico (Portofino) for their especially excellent service. They went out of their way to make our dining experience top notch. Also, we loved visiting Alfredo (bartender at the La Terraza pool bar) after dinner for the BEST margaritas. Our room was equipped with a very comfortable king bed, rainfall shower, separate toilet room, black out curtains, daily fresh towels, mini fridge with waters, sodas, and beer. I wish the mini fridge had been regularly checked by the housekeeping staff and restocked, as we had to contact our butlers frequently for more waters but they were very prompt in bringing us whatever we needed! 10/10 would definitely revisit and recommend to family and friends!!

Great all inclusive resort! My husband and I celebrated his 50th birthday and it was the perfect location. The premium experience upgrade was definitely worth it and we utilized all the amenities! Food was amazing and consideration for food restrictions and allergies were accommodated at every restaurant. The only complaint I had with service was that sometimes we were denied rides on golf cart transportation without an explanation. We were told that we would be provided transportation from TRS to all sister properties on resort and back with our stay but some of the drivers didn’t seem to care about that. This is the only reason why this resort doesn’t get 5 stars on this review.

Our stay at the TRS Hotel was unforgettable! Because our flight was delayed, we checked-in after midnight, but we were warmly welcomed with champagne. They offer bracelets for room access, which is very convenient to prevent forgetting keys. Our room was very well-located with easy access to the pool. Speaking of the infinity pool, this is the best asset of the hotel! It offers a breathtaking view that felt like paradise, I got emotional when I first saw it (they were playing I Can’t Help Falling in Love With You on the violin, hahaha) They provide carts for transportation between areas and the drivers were all friendly, helpful! The food was delightful, service impeccable, and the musical attractions, especially the harpist at breakfast and the poolside violinist, were INSANELY GOOD! The drinks were quickly and perfectly made, and the butler service was super helpful in providing tips and suggestions for the day. I need to give special thanks to Fernanda, the Expedia liaison, for going above and beyond in ensuring special experiences during our reserved dinners, selecting special tables, and adorning them with roses and candles. The highlight was the Chic Cabaré show – exceptional artists, Broadway-level performances, an excellent music selection, and a great menu. Fernanda once again secured the best table and a shout-out from the production. Thank you, Fernanda, it was awesome!!! I was thrilled with the stay and will unquestionably return in the future!

The property was absolutely gorgeous and extremely pleasant , I do not repeat trips but if definitely return , we came down for my 50th birthday celebration for a week and I have no regrets , the only thing I wish is that they had more music playing at the pool and entertainment there besides the fitness instructors doing the exercises, but other than that I give this place a Steller review and the butlers were absolutely amazing and the food was second to none , you can’t beat Helios restaurant, it’s a one stop shop for breakfast lunch or dinner

This was our second time at TRS Yucatán and it didn’t disappoint. The food’s the best we’ve had at any of the resorts we’ve stayed at in Riviera Maya. You also have run of the house at White Sands, Colonial and Kantenah when you stay at TRS. TRS is a quieter resort so don’t expect a party atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this resort.

This hotel is extraordinary, beautifully, gorgeous, and I can't stress enough about how much I recommend this hotel. The service from our butlers in Vila 60, Ricardo, Lis and Diago was fantastic. They were so attentive, kind, ALL of our requests were addressed with no issues whatsoever. They remembered all of our small details (especially food restrictions) which was so nice, it showed how they care about their guests. Shut out to the most amazing cleaner - Roberto. He was amazing, our room was always clean to perfection, he took care of the little things that some people might not notice but if you are attentive to small details - you wont be disappointed. In fact, every person we came across from the staff was amazing and kind, always answered our questions, never made us feel like we ask for too much, and they were all so patient (it makes a huge difference and this hotel stands out from any other hotel I have been to). Food - really high quality, most of the food was really delicious. The breakfast in Capricho is so good and fresh, with great variety, everything is served in little plates to make it more personalized and luxurious. There is an amazing crepe station. You can order from the menu and also enjoy the buffet. The ladies in the front of the restaurant were so kind and welcoming. I left a more informative review on Google (there's a limit here).
