Property in the evening was noisy which wasn’t great for having kids trying to sleep before 9pm. Dining options a bit limited since they “fall back” on their buffet but the food at the buffet was gross so that limited what you could eat. Service was hit or miss. The staff is amazing! They made my stay very enjoyable, the hotel was clean and did not disappoint. Will comeback for my next vacation!

This is a beautiful property and not one that overwhelms you. The dining options here offer a variety and they have the guest to restaurant ratio figured out. Often at all-inclusives getting a table can be challenging, but that was not the case here and we really appreciated that. They also have a nice schedule of activities for kids, designed to help traveling families enjoy their time.
