The Nickelodeon Resort is geared towards everything character based with events and activities throughout the day. Be sure to do your homework on activities as many…I repeat many…are upcharges beyond the cost of your stay.
The expectation I had and what this resort delivered were not aligned. The service in the rooms was slightly below average and would have expected the resort to continue the experience for the kids in the space throughout the stay. We couldn’t even get laundry service picked up.
The food service was good but the food itself was subpar for a resort even in a buffet setting. I would describe the food as low quality and even distressed. Protein of any quality was non-existent, with the nicest steak ‘a choice at best NY Steak’ in room service severely overcooked and fatty. Food around the waterpark was ok, pizza is not at all what you come to expect in the states so be prepared.
The cocktail service was good but bloating in sugar drinks. Recommend just going for shots to get your money’s worth.
We were hopeful to have some adult time, but very limited daycare options with limited hours during the day left us with a solid 20 minutes before the kiddos wanted pick up.
The waterpark itself was really nice. Best lazy river I’ve ever experienced and excellent kids area with lots of age appropriate slides. Pretty much the best part!
I would best describe this place as a ‘one and done check the box’ with the cost of the experience leaving us lack luster.
