The food is horrible , they don’t make my room clean for 2 days , I was stay in 4 dreams and this one is the worst

The building and grounds were very pretty and the staff was very friendly. We had an ocean view Jr. Suite. The room was pretty, bed was comfortable, two well appointed bathrooms and a nice living room area. Drinks were watered down, but tasty. Dinner in the french, Paramour was well executed. The other restaurants were fine. Beach was pretty and adults pool was very relaxing. Beverage service at both was friendly, but limited. No food service was offered at the pool or beach. Minibar offering was limited and was not refilled without asking. Resort gratuity program is inconsistent. Service desk suggested tip only if service was exceptional, but several wait staff insisted on tips. There were many weddings during our stay. The music was often loudish until 11. Since our room was ocean side, it would have been nice to hear the ocean. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

We booked/paid for a beach front king bed room and on the first night were placed in a jungle room with full beds and a handicap bathroom which didn't have an actual shower or any privacy. We moved to a ocean front room on the second day and it was much better buy still not the beachfront room we paid for. Very disapponting and annoying. Despite that, the wait staff was amazing.

The property itself was very nice as well as the staff. What I didnt like were all of the mosquitos, only one restaurant was semi casual, and I felt like I had to tip everyone. I dont mind tipping someone when they go above and beyond such as Jovani at the swim up bar, but when I never asked for my small carry on suitcase to be brought to my room....dont linger at the door waiting for a tip. It was very akward and I didnt bring many small bills since Im pretty sure the hotel description said all gratuities were included.
