i love the mix of ppl at the resort. Also a good verity of food, drinks and activities. breathtaking sunset of the feilds of trees at he entrance.

Haven is a beautiful place. We had a wonderful time despite our honeymoon being interrupted by a bunch of people from Utah acting like actual animals. They arrived the night after us at 1:00 a.m. And began walking through everyone's private swim up areas. My wife and I and our neighbours were out there enjoying a quiet peaceful evening And one drunk girl fell and knocked into the couple enjoying their anniversary. They were given a warning, but that did not stop them. They Began the next day traipsing through everyone's private areas again while blasting their terrible music. Then they began playing football, and while throwing with terrible accuracy the ball landed and splashed my wife's hair which she was trying to keep dry. At that point I had had enough and I yelled at them because they are children. They weren't done then either. They exacted revenge by placing half eaten rotten food with flies all over it in our Butler's pantry. Imagine our disgust when we opened to put some glasses in and that's what we found. make no mistake, this group of people From Utah are the absolute worst America has to offer. At this point we were forced to call management and they had to threaten to kick them out. Should have been kicked out right then and there. we were approached by 3 different couples staying in the same building as us and they thanked us For speaking up. Thank you management for handling the problem so we could enjoy the rest of our honeymoon on peace

The property was beautiful, everything was new and the decor in all the restaurants was beautiful. The pools were amazing, we had a swim-out room and loved it. There was a weird musty smell in the hallway near our room, which was unfortunate, but everything was clean in our room. We paid to be a part of the serenity club, but a lot of the amenities didn't seem to be that available. They advertise that you get a pillow menu, well none of the pillows were available on the menu. Which was very frustrating, the standard pillows in the room weren't of great quality and I woke up with a sore neck every morning. Also, supposedly they spray aroma therapy in your room at turn down, but they never did in our room. Even though we called and asked our butler about it. The food at the restaurants was pretty good, but the service was lacking. Also the serving sizes are tiny. The food came out so slowly that it took nearly 2 hours for dinner every night, which was fine one night, but got old after a while. The beaches are covered in seaweed. They have a crew out there try to remove it, but they seemed very slow and ineffectual, it was a bummer not to be able to really enjoy the beach. The main pool was awesome, as well as out swim out pool, and the pool bars were great with great service. All in all we had a good time.

Grounds were excellent. Lots to do. Size was very manageable. The locations of restaurants and bars were perfect. The entertainment staff by Paco was outstanding. The food was just ok. The best restaurant was the Meditarrian place. The asian, mexican, and seafood restaurants were just OK.

We are happy to read your stay was very enjoyable but we are sorry to read about the elevator, we already check our maintenance reports and no mayor injurie is reported, is important to mention, elevators are machines and sometimes machines protect it selves because a low power or even the rain cause this minimal situations, but those are fixed right away. It’s an amazing relaxing atmosphere. Modern architecture, staff was amazing. There were slight language barriers but it wasn’t bad. Upgrade to the Serenity Level, it’s completely worth it.

I love the look and the cleanliness of the hotel. But the staff is ruth and the hotel is bored there is nothing to do besides the pool, the beach is dirty and have a lot of waves. The hotel is far from all the majority of the attractions and we have to pay a lot of money in transportation for that reason, just to get out of the hotel it's like 10 minutes.
