Property itself was ok. People on the other hand are not considerate at all. They would party in their pools in front of their rooms until 4 in the morning and yell in hallways. There should be security on site and a policy to stop people from doing so. Obviously not all grown ups know how to behave in a hotel after midnight!! The other issue is mosquitoes. Too many of them in restaurants and around the property.

Swim out pool was amazing. Room itself was well designed. Room was too cold at night and could not adjust temp. Ceiling fan kept coming on by itself at night further freezing us. Food was average at best. If you wanted a real steak there was a significant up charge. Beach was full of seaweed even though they tried to remove it. Ocean water was dirty with some garbage washing ashore. Probably won't go back.

This was my boyfriend and I’s second time to haven and I’m not sure we will be back. We absolutely love that each room has a Jacuzzi and the pools are separate so there’s the party side and the relaxing side! Unfortunately though the food is very average sometimes even cold and if anything was much better last year when we came, the beach is not that nice they do nothing to keep it clean so seaweed is always on it, you have to be careful where you walk as I have even stepped on a burr under the sand. They claim the pools are heated but they are freezing the ocean was warmer than pools honestly! The spa is very over priced and not worth it we got a massage and it wasn’t the best, if anything the massage ladies on the beach are hands down amazing and better priced but I don’t think they are associated with the hotel ! We definitely enjoyed our stay overall but for a 5 star luxury hotel it’s pretty average and not worth the price in the long run!

This resort is very nice. Spa is great. Restaurants are good if you can get a reservation. Pools are nice. Entertainment was good for just being a resort. All in all I would go back.

We LOVED staying at Haven Riviera and can't wait to go back! Our favorite butler, Nacho, made sure all of our needs were met. Our favorite servers, Brenda and Raul, were wonderful with making us feel welcome and keeping our drink glasses full. Our favorite pool bartender, Adrian, had the best recommendations!
