Great hotel, great location and great staff. We had the one bedroom suite was amazing with our two year old to have a separate room for her to sleep in. Hotel staff were fabulous providing us everything we needed and great service. All inclusive was amazing the food was great at all the restaurants. We will definitely be back was an amazing time there.

I literally got back from Majestic elegance costa mujeres today and i am in aweeee of how amazing it was ! im having withdrawals right now, so first of the resort is absolutely stunning in itself , the service was impecable , i visited every single bar, and every single restaurant and all were equally as delicious and service outstanding, the food is all so delicious , so many options, room service 24/7 is a dreammm, i stayed in the pool plunge suite in the adults only section and couldnt belive how amazing it was and the cleanliness was exceptional, did jetskis, beach , swim up bars , club ,restaurants all inside the resort had no reason to leave. so if your looking for an amazing relaxing vacation , no spring break bs then this is your place for ultimate luxury i will be back as soon as i can.

This was our first time in Mexico and it was amazing! We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi up top. Our room had a perfect view of the whole resort. Staff kept our room clean everyday replacing towels and water bottles. The service is something we cannot forget. Everyone was willing to help and enjoyed doing it. Specifically, Taylor, Ana, Isabel, and kennia were such great entertainment. They made sure everyone was having fun. Victor at the pool bar was great as well. The beach was very clean. Where ever you were, workers would ask if you’d like any drinks and bring it to you. There are entertainment options within the resort like volleyball, soccer, dancing, kayaking, jet skis, and parasailing. Overall, there was nothing that we had issues with. We will be coming back!!

Fantastic staff across the whole resort. We could not have asked for a better experience. The food was fantastic and the waiters and bar tenders around the pools were great.The staff went above and beyond to the point of being disappointed if you didnt ask for something when they came by.
