This property was amazing. The property is very well maintained and looks very modern or recently updated. The staff was always eager to help and very polite. We stayed in a pool/ocean view room which was fantastic. It was very spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The pools were great with plenty of staff in the bars and always kept clean. We enjoyed every restaurant the hotel had to offer and our server Cristian at the pool buffet was always very attentive. The beach was very nice behind the hotel and maintained several times a day. I will definitely be back to this resort as I did not have any negative experiences here. Only thing I did not like was that the night shows/music came on at 10:45 PM which if you have been in the pool or beach all day, you did not feel like being out this late. I recommend the shows come on earlier. The music was not loud enough where it disturbed my room either with the doors closed but also my room was far from the Lobby area. But again, probably one of the nicest resorts I've stayed at.
