I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff, the amenities and the entertainment were great. Only thing I wished they had was vegan options. I am vegan and it was very hard finding vegan options on the resort because even the rice they put butter. Overall, I enjoyed my stay

We booked a room with a king bed and when we got there they said the king beds are not guaranteed so they gave us two double beds. Was not happy about that but other than that we loved the place absolutely beautiful everybody especially the people around the pool that did all our activities were awesome every one of those people were great we are definitely coming back never had such a great time around the pool everything was very clean the restaurants were awesome best food I've ever had thanks again. But men do not forget you need long pants and nice shoes to go in their restaurants

The staff was great as usual. I was a little disappointed with the buffet options and quality of food during the lunch hour. We also had issues with the people above us. We were on the first floor they were on the second floor and we heard them constantly at night was very disappointing. I also noted a number of maintenance issues to the building and grounds, the quality of the hotel was a little disappointing from the previous stays we had before.

Overall we liked this resort but it definitely has areas to improve. We liked the beautiful grounds, with a few exceptions the food was better than average all inclusive food, the beach swimming area, and the rooms. Service to your chair at the pool and beach is great too. We did not like the highway noise when it was quiet, all the way to the beach. The main pool is a mess and like a lot of all inclusives the “save a chair” routine is off the charts here. And made worse by all the Prive beds taking up a ton of room. The quiet pool has very few chairs and is a closed in area. I also didn’t care for the loud pool music when away from the main pool, played too loud that it carries all over.
