We loved the hotel! Carlos did an excellent job of checking us in and making us feel welcome during our entire stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms were a little cool.

The 'sharing' of the waterpark area with two other hotels, makes financial sense, but also contributed to a longer hike to get to and a huge area which could be overwhelming (in noise and bodies) in peak season.

Very nice hotel but we only was there late Wednesday night til 4.00 AM. Thurs. to catch a flight. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Fire pit was nice. !st Rm assigned smelled dog. Was assigned another room it was nice except for the stains all over in carpets & sofa. The room was very specious. had problem with people running up and down hall are room above us, this was until early morning. I finally called front desk an told them of problem. They seemed to have solved problem. I never heard the noise after that.

There was no pool at this property.Their breakfast was only cereal and milk. The hallways were dirty. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the only reason why we decide to stay another night.
