We booked two rooms with two queen beds. The rooms were very dirty you could tell they handnt been cleaned. In one room there were Doritos in the bathroom floor along with hair and a wash rag still hanging in the shower. In that same room there were make up stained pillows and trash still in the trash can. In the other room there were dried muddy footprints leading to the bed along with the bed having been poorly put back together. Smelled very much like cigarettes. Found animal hair all over. It was very noisy and we had a neighbor room that had spent the night arguing in there room. We asked the front desk to service our room to try and give them a chance but when we came back the rooms were untouched. We asked if housekeeping came at a later time and they informed us our rooms had been serviced already. Honestly if not for necessity and lack of funds from traveling we would have found a different hotel. We ended up cleaning the rooms ourselves. I honestly wouldn’t stay in this hotel chain again.

The waterpark is good if children are in your party. I suggest they add an adults only hot tub. The hot tub was large but was too full of loud children to be enjoyable.

Had to pay $26 for waterpark that closed down 20 mins of use with no way to use. Should have got money back
