"Check in service was good. Our room had some issues. Tv remote had no battery’s in remote, main suite area air conditioner wasn’t working. None of the lamp shades were not straight. Booked the jacuzzi suite, bath robe was not in closet. Called down to front desk and asked for extra towels and a blanket for the hide-a-bed and was told we had to come down to the front desk to pick up. Any other hotel I’ve stayed at always bring that stuff up to your room. Especially during covid I think it would be best to have it delivered instead of having guests having to come to front desk for anything."
