Lo mas bello es la playa de alli en parte no me gusto no tenia la picina en buena condicion estaba mala disen k tienen 3 pero en realidad solo es 1 las puertas de los cuartos no serbian y las toallas estaban rotas el personal todos muy amables pero nada k ver con lo k se mira en las fotos

not as advertised , the property is dismal , the room doors gap , wind thru the room . i requested a refund , travelocity and the owner played phone games . NO REFUND !!! i will never suggest anyone stay there. the food was poor , the room dismal. the property needed a complete remodel. the pool has been under construction for years.

1. Nothing I like about the hotel. I wasted my money and time. I will be happy to get my money back ( will provide pictures if you needed 2. food is bad, the same menu every day 3.No telephone o intercom for emergency contact to front desk 4. : no hot water in the shower, , no shelf to put soap, unclean and dirty 5. Room tiles full of crack and open grout in between it. no mirror 6. Beach trash not clean for over 24hrs, dirty surrounding 7, Hallway wood floors dirty and unpleasant to walk on

The first night AC didn't work and we didn't have any hit water for the shower. Second and third night, we still didn't have hot water. I complained multiple times, but they wouldn't move us rooms. On the seventh night we were told that you had to take a shower by four to have hot shower as everybody else would use it all. The Eighth night they offered to move my son and I to a smaller and dirty room. We left a week early and they don't offer refund no matter what the staff said. Only good thing about this place was Gerald, a waiter, and a lady nicknamed Squishy at the front desk. They were the only ones to be helpful and pleasant. I'd never return here again.

Where to begin..starting with the good.the front check-in staff are very nice. There are two girls there that are very helpful and try very hard. The beach and ocean are beautiful. The grounds staff really does an excellent job keeping it raked and clean. The ladies that clean the room also do a great job. Now the bad..we had ants in our room pretty much every night, not that big of a deal. The shower head was broken so we could only turn it on half way or it would flood the bathroom. The food is brutal. Breakfast is okay due to the omelette station, but the rest is horrible. If the food was better, I would go back. However, the food is so bad, it makes me nauseous to think about while I write this. Both my wife and I are still sick from whatever we ate there the last night of our trip. In conclusion, cool resort, good staff, but I’d rather eat leaves and bark then have to suffer through another meal there.

Good: * food was good (6 out of 10 stars) * service people were nice * room was clean * AWESOME SCUBA dive masters and captain * Roatan is a nice island * Great zip lines and animal exhibits near by and reasonable price * Most everyone speaks English * neat monkeys on premise and chickens and like animals walking around Bad: * No hot water (luke warm at best) * No wash cloths * 1 working hair dryer in the entire complex * No group (12 people) discount on SCUBA and difficult to work with * No real downtown Roatan for night life Would I go back, probably not.

Nothing around resort

Good to stay 2 nights. No tours for Other islands from this resort. Oldest resort on roatan.man made beach but nice. Resort offers breakfast lunch dinner and alcohol. All inclusive.

Disappointing

Pros: The setting.
Cons: Everything
Location: Location is miles away from shops/restaurants
The entire hotel needs renovating. The staff did little to help in various instances. The food was decent, but there was very little variety and the same choices every day. The drinks were poor. Only certain parts of the grounds were well kept, but others parts were covered with garbage. The water, weather, and snorkeling was great.

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK HERE

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They need a manager and owner that cares about customer service
I would think twice before you booked anything at this resort. The nightmare began when we waited an hour for them to pick us up, which they never did. Then it continued as a light fixture fell and shattered in our room and bed cutting our feet. We had to beg them to vacuum, which they did not and when we went back, again stepped on shattered class. There was no running water or any first aid to assist. They were accommodating,at first and said they would refund our money. They even issued a credit slip indicating the refund. That was over 3 months ago and we have yet to receive the money. Several emails and empty promises. It appears as if this will have to be escalated for them to honor their own credit documents and make good on their promise after a horrible experience.
