We were looking for a cheap hotel near the airport to crash at between our overnight layover. We were told we could get a shuttle organized by the hotel, but when we arrived they were non responsive and the shuttle was not there. Very disappointed as we needed to pay an additional $30+ to get a taxi down the street to the hotel. If I would have known that this hotel was so far from the airport and there wasn't a shuttle available - I would not have booked this hotel.

the rate of the taxi is equal to any other property in fiumicino ..if you go over the bridge you could spend even more
