Good customer service, clean hotel. Only thing we didn't like was we could hear everyone around us conversations, or dogs constantly barking or slamming of doors/foot steps. Most people spoke English there. Good breakfast options.

Surprisingly good hotel not far from the Rome Tiburtina train station. Good restaurants nearby. $10 parking fee is reasonable. Recommended.

This place was terrible. NOT a 4 star by any means. No AC that worked. Refrigerator broken. Bar was poorly stocked and difficult to find s bartender. Neighborhood was filthy and garbage strewn everywhere .
