This resort is a jewel in an otherwise grimy area. We visited in January so most of the surrounding restaurants, hotels, camping areas were closed. We stayed here to tour Paestum and it was a good location for it and we are glad we chose it despite the surrounding areas. Breakfast was nice and enjoyed a drink and a cheese plate from the bar. Staff is lovely and hotel is very well maintained. Just wish the surrounding areas were cleaner there is garbage piled everywhere along the main road in the area. Maybe this is better maintained in peak season?

The hotel is beautiful and the views of the ocean are great. We stayed in December so we did not use the pool. We were told at check in we could use the shuttle for free to go see the Christmas lights if we had dinner at the hotel. They booked us dinner at 7:30 and the shuttle at 8:30. We did not even get our food until 8:30. The desk said the only other shuttle available was at 10:20 and we had to return at 11:30. It was 30 minutes to drive into the lights and then a 30 minute walk to see all of them. There was not enough time so we missed seeing the lights which were the only reason we went there. Dinner was not very good. I would not stay again.

Very nice hotel in a run down area. You will need a car to get around but there is lots of parking on site. The hotel is modern and the staff are really great. Breakfast was large tasty and presented well. Every thing is clean and useable. Great Wi-Fi in the rooms. Across the street is access to the nice sandy breach. It would be nice if they had pool towels. Great place and we would stay again.

The location it was stunning,very clean and the food was really tasty! The staff members were amazing,friendly,attentive and always smiling! Mario and Michelle they were absolutely amazing,making sure that we got everything that we need and always recomending the best meals.Best service I've seen in a while!Good assets to the team!We'll definitelly come back to Olimpico Hotel.
