Our stay was really pleasant and staff EAA super helpful. Salt Lake City is beautiful, but when we went to walk a few blocks for breakfast, the number of homeless people on the street, some hitting us up for money, one carrying a large stick, and a group of about 15 who started calling out to us as we approached, made us feel unsafe. It was a Saturday morning and there weren’t other people on the streets. Hotel was nice, city beautiful, sure it is more enjoyable when more people are out and about.

The hotel was dirty. Room was not clean, it was loud, staff was not helpful, we couldn't even get towels. Food wasn't good and limited options. Indoor pool was freezing, to the point where kids didn't even want to enjoy it.

There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom & black hairs on the walls. The staff was extremely rude & unprofessional. I will never stay here again.
