The customer service is top notch. The facility is nice, and well maintained. The breakfast and happy hours are impressive, with customer service 5 star as well.
The only complaint I have is the hot tub seemed dirty, and there were kids jumping into the hot tub with pool toys. That is more a parent issue, than the hotel. The next evening the hot tub was full again and kids in it, so went to sit in the steam room, and kids in there as well. And the kids were holding the door open to let the steam out. So it was disappointing in that aspect, but again a parent issue. The shuttles were great, had to wait a little long a couple times, but it was a convenient amenity for us.
The front desk staff was impressive, along with the people who help you by the door. Would recommend and go back.

While we are family friendly, this should not mean kids are left unattended in public spaces to take away the experience for other guests. The room was a good size. But, it was not fully clean! Some of the staff were nice, some terrible! They have hidden fees. For the price, quality, and staff, we were not happy. We have had better experiences at many other hotels!
