Thank you for taking time to submit feedback in regards to your recent stay at the Hyatt House. As the hotel listing says on Expedia, there is a $14 parking fee since the parking garage next to the hotel is a public parking garage and we can only offer discounted rates. The listing also states we have an outdoor pool with the pictures indicating as such. We will reach out to see if we can update the pictures to more clearly show the pool is outdoor.
