"Property is nice, but being somewhat unfamiliar with the Madison area, I was hoping it would be more centrally-located. Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only complaint was the carpeting on the side of the far-bed was wet—like “squishy” wet. I called front desk to let them know, and he assured me he would make maintenance aware the next day. We had no time for pool or breakfast, so can’t comment on those, but enjoyable stay."

"I called and asked for a room in the new building. On arrival, I was told we were in the old building and no other rooms were available. I even asked if I could pay for a newer, updated room. Room was dark and dingy. "

"Clean, would have liked a chair or sofa in room vs. 2 ottomans for seating. Breakfast could have been better. A grab n go bag would be better to limit contact of people using a toaster for bagels. Risky, during COVID."
