Upon our arrival, the elevators were not working so we had to wait about half hour before we got up to get the room! So after that it went OK, apparently the elevators were repaired! 😳

The ocean sound from the room was the high light. Everything else a disappointment. 15 years and we will not return here again. Very sad, but companies can not find staff to run places like they use to and too many advertisements that give different operating hours of business for restaurants on site. I called the day before to ask if the hot tub, Steam room and Sauna were operational and was told yes. Arrive the next day to steam room down and hot tub was a cold tub. Sad for our anniversary celebration.

The staff were professional and friendly. The room was nice except a few things. First use of the toilet I realized the flapper wasn't working right. I adjusted the chain which was improperly installed. Works now. Sliding door is very heavy and hard to open/close. Maybe the track just needs cleaned. Didn't really look. Closet door was ajar. Just left it open once we were able to get it open. Front door heavy and slams itself closed if not closed carefully by hand. Balcony off room is slightly leaning outward. Also walkway from elevator to rooms is leaning. Seems a safety issue when the 5th floor walkway is starting to fall toward road. Is an age of property issue. None of these were deal breakers for me this time. View from room balcony is beautiful.
