Desk attendant very friendly and professional. The only complaint was a very noisy heating unit that woke me a couple of times.

Airport shuttle. Friendly staff. What I didn’t like is house keeping did not knock, they just opened the door and entered. It was not check out time and thankfully everyone was up and dressed.

For the time I was there it was good, room was clean heater kept things nice and warm just like back home in Hawaiʻi, staff was friendly and transportation to the airport was offered and scheduled upon checking in just let them know when you would be needing that service and they will accommodate you as they did for me. And I'm out.

The beds, pillows and sheets were very comfortable. The carpet older but okay. The parking area under the building felt sketchy. Wasn't disclosed $11 parking fee when I booked. Weird $50 deposit required on room at checkin. If you just want a basic clean room for a night or an early flight, this was fine. Keep in mind shuttle doesn't start until 5am, so if you have a very early flight like we did, you'll have to make other arrangements.
