The hotel was in a great location, just minutes from the cathedral and Alcázar. The staff members were very courteous and attentive. Clean and spacious room.

Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Not so pleased though having to move rooms after one night as the room was like an oven. On Expedia’s website you advertise the room as having air con but it didn’t. We were then moved to a room with a double bed even though we needed a twin and it was next to a building site. Being woken up early with an excavator engine blaring was pretty awful.

A wonderful hotel situated in an excellent position for visiting Seville. Staff very friendly and dealt with a slight issue we had very promptly and professionally… added bonus of a roof top pool area with wonderful views over Seville rooftop’s.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions and cross the street from a nice and highly rated restaurant La Bartola. The staff were very friendly. We stayed for 7 nights, and they offered complementary bottle of wine one night and some cocktails in another. If we were drinking people, that would been really nice, but it was still a very nice gesture. Only suggestion to the hotel is that they could update the breakfast, so that they are not always the same every morning. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

Absolutely wonderful. The staff were friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Everyone spoke English to a point. It was nearby to shops and restaurants. A flamenco studio to watch a performance was a 2 minute walk.
