Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Valeri was such a pleasure and so helpful. Love the Pub. Nice staff and great food. Fireplace in reading room made for a comfortable place to chat with others.

The property was very nice and convenient to Shannon Airport. The only issue (and it's a small one) is that there isn't an elevator. However, they will help you if needed. Everything else was great.
