We had a four-day, three-night stay here for my wife and I mid-Feb 2024 and it was amazing, truly amazing. Everything was 5-star and the service was impeccable. The airline lost our luggage on arrival but the team here were making calls all the time and eventually located it and delivered it to our room. Wonderful, wonderful friendly and smiley people, amazing room, one of the best breakfast line-ups ever, a great pool and just one of the best 'feeling' hotels you could wish for. If you want an amazing hotel, safe, luxurious and close to all of the temples, Pub Street etc - then this is your place...

This property was beautifully manicured, clean & the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great with a variety of local and international options. Response to an issue (tv remote was not working) was instant. O my birthday I was pleasantly surprised with a cake and beautifully decorated bed! The spa impressively accommodated my 8:30am request for a massage by 9:40am. I highly recommend this property

This hotel is beautiful. Stunning design and very calming. Our room was very nice and clean. Not a good view but okay. My concerns were about dining and outdoor comfort. The dining choices are VERY limited with restaurants offering a small variety of food. There is a breakfast buffet, but we did not eat the breakfast. The other concern is mosquitoes! We tried to swim at the pool in the evening and had to exit quickly due to so many mosquitoes waiting to drink our blood! The hotel needs mosquito zappers by the pool area. Also, if you open a bottle from the mini bar but don't finish it and put it back in the fridge, the maid will take it. So finish your drinks!

Hotel was nice Staff are lovely The food and drinks are so overpriced for Cambodia. Cambodia sell themselves as a cheap country to visit. But this hotel takes the biscuit. $30-$40 for a plate of food. While outside the gates of the hotel, Delious food for $2 a plate. And better in my opinion. I got a pick up as part of my booking via hotel.com and all was fine, when I ask for the drop back to the airport, I was informed that there is a charge of $40 this wasn’t explained of hotels.com or from the hotel on arrival. Bit of a con really in my opinion. Pub street food all around that area is very expensive also. Tuk tuks are $2 a trip everywhere local. Took a Tuk Tuk to the Angkor Wat and was so cheap compared to hotel. Overall stay was just about ok Regards Keith
