No hot water. Maintenance entered the room 7x. Asked for an extra two hours—to shower before meetings during Basel and was harassed incessantly, although hot shower water never came

It was noisy. We called down for a blanket and no one ever showed up. We had to pay to park at the hotel a huge fee. No microwave. Our room never got cooler than 74 degrees. Late check in time. Cleaners were very loud. Can hear through walls.

Water leaking from ceiling and mold snell entire 7th floor where we stayed. You can see water damps on ceiling.

Our view was amazing we got a room with a balcony and ocean view. The only thing i have complaints about is the humidity in the room we had the A/C as low as in can go yet the room did not get cold and was super muggy. I don't know if it was like that else where, I would probably like to try other hotels before going back to this one if i ever travel back.

The hotel room was not clean at all. There were beer bottle caps and dirt under couch and along the sides of the room. The TVs did not work.

Right now there is lots of construction going on out front and back of hotel and the boardwalk was closed. The parking was very limited and the bathroom was very small. The staff was great, friendly, courteous and helpful. Facilities were very clean inside. Balcony had a great views of the ocean and beach.

Smelled. Shower drain didn’t drain. Bar closed at 3pm on a Friday so we went to the hotel across the street. Staff unhelpful.

I thought I booked a room with an ocean view, paid an upgraded rate. What I got was a room on the first floor with a view of a brick wall. Very disappointed in that.
