The hotel check in time is at 4:00 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 5:30pm and my room wasn’t ready. I had my brother’s wedding at 6:00 pm and I didn’t have a room to change my clothe. Very disappointed! The A/C of any of the four room in which my family stayed worked. My coffee maker was used and dirty! Avoid this hotel! For the price not worth it.

There was a 15 min line to check in. It was dirty, with urine on the floor in front of the toilet. Hair in the shower. Dust on everything. Bad view of the roof. They gave me a gift certificate for breakfast. Then the tv went out when it stormed. I was woke at 330 By the above me people laughing, yelling and jumping. The front desk called security. Overall the only positive things were, the staff were professional and it was a good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first trip to Miami so I had lots of questions about entertainment, transportation, and dining. Everyone was so nice.

The location was exceptional , beautiful, clean. My only complaint is parking I far to expensive 28 dollars a day lol.... Ludacris!!!
