Hilton Miami Nightmare
The Hilton seemed nice but a few members of the staff didn’t seem too friendly towards us. The hotel arranged a transportation service from the their hotel services to the cruise line terminal. What a nightmare!! I don’t think the lady knew how to start or operate controls on the shuttle bus. She didn’t know how to get there. It took us 47 minutes to get to cruise terminal and it was only a 10 minute ride. Or should have been. Several times she would be in the middle of the lane making a call to get directions. She asked the passengers what terminal we had to be at. We all responded we paid you to take us there. You are supposed to know where we need to go. Never again Hilton Miami.
