The hotel was fine, nice look about it. Rooms not a bad size and staff were very professional and helpful. It didn't feel like particularly good value especially given the $30 per day resort fee. Its very unclear what this is for given id paid for a room already, this was not clear when i booked the room. Bikes are available however looked like 4/5 in total so best of luck on a sunny day. Good location but wouldn’t be rushing back. Parking was pricy at $60 per day given you can park 2 blocks away for $20.

Underwhelming compared to other Moxy properties. Lobby left little engagement opportunities. Room was so incredibly small you could not pass by another individual in any direction. Lobby situated in an alleyway which was dirty and smelly. Ventilation in the showers were poor resulting in mold conditions on ceiling.

The guest rooms are very tiny- which was expected, but they we also had some loud neighbors- the walls are thin. The staff was very nice and pleasant- but more staff is needed for check in. We waited for about 30-40 min to check in.

The daily amenity fee was an unforeseen shocker/expense. Our room was located right outside of the rooftop restaurant so not only could we hear the DJ blasting music till midnight daily, all restaurant goers could see right into our room.

The room we stayed in was VERY clean, as in spotless. All staff members we encountered were helpful and professional. The exterior of the Moxy was modest, but once you walked in, the interior was stunning. We enjoyed our stay!! Very good location, we walked every where. Cons: Room space was limited and with no drawers or closet we hung our clothes on hooks on the wall and looked at our clothes 24/7. When moving about the room we tripped over each other. Great bedding and we slept soundly.

The rooms are way too small. No complimentary water in room. All staff I had contact with were very dry and kind of rude. I did like it was close to everything. The food at Serena was good. The pool area is pretty. I wouldn’t stay here again.
