The check-in process was not keyless. When I attempted to put my reservation in it said I wasn't listed and then person after person went through the same process. I stood in the line but guests that didn't feel like waiting were walking right to the front of the line. Nobody ever told them that there is one line and for them to wait in it. The room bedding was not clean. I came in exhausted took a shower went to bed. When I got up I realized that sheets had something spilled over over them that was red. I wanted to try something new and this was not it. This place was horrible. Not to mentioned I ordered food and the driver walked past me and left it on the counter with my name and room number on it and nobody called me.
