We had a nice ocean view room with a balcony which was very pleasant. We enjoyed having the multiple pool areas and the hotel is on a very nice beach. The location is convenient, the staff were friendly and responsive, and of course our dinner at NOBU was fantastic.

First the positive: Gabby and front desk staff were great. Negatives: overpriced for the facilities. Service at the lounge bar and OCEAN social were terrible. Rude in some cases. Taking the elevator was a nitemare. Literally took 20mins sometimes to get up to the room. Unacceptable.

Amazing service from beginning to end. Air conditioning in room did not cool properly but navigated the best way possible. Mini bar door broken and reported. Front entry driveway cobblestone in poor condition- twisted ankle when leaving Uber.

An indulging journey
I would like to personally thank this establishment for making my first time to Miami amazing. I can't believe the amount of thought they put into the process of what the employees do. You are there for a vacation and they make it a priority to do whatever they can to create just that for you. I wish I had more time there because I barely had any time to try everything. The design of the hotel is beautiful, the staff is so welcoming and very warm atmosphere!
