It was the worst experience as far as cleanliness and smoke smell with kids. They tried to move and accommodate but room we were moved to was 45 degrees

I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

ABSOLUTELY WORST HOTEL EVER!! Do not stay here. Bathroom was dirty could not take a shower and went mention complaint to manager complete rude. Room was old, outdated, smelled, and had bed bugs. Never ever stay here

I didnt like that the front desk clerk was not smiling and that only one heater was in the room took a while for the rest of the room to get warm.And tje bathroom floor stayed cold

Great stay for very good price. Hotel is doing some refurbishing but very nice and everyone was very friendly. We go through Sikeston 3 or 4 times a year and we will be staying here again.

This place has the potential to be much nicer even at this price point. Weed the surrounding landscaping. Remove trash/refuse outside from visitor view. Paint the walkway leading into the hotel. For the price/location we will stay here again.
