This is an ok property. Would we stay again- not a chance! It’s certainly aimed at a younger demographic, we are not old but we want certain things when travelling & this includes enough room to open our suitcases at the same time, not having to step up onto a platform to get into bed & we don’t want to hear every sound above us or outside because the windows are not soundproofed! Some of the staff at reception were fab but others really could not be bothered. Not ideal for customer service rolls… the hotel is in a good location & the room was very clean.
