"The rooms are not well-maintained. I got a two bedroom suite for roughly 150$ a night (with taxes) which I thought was a good deal. As they say, you get what you’ve paid for, and I certainly did. Let’s start with the positives, the rooms (especially the higher floors) have a nice view of Taal lake. There are lots of restaurants nearby that are walking distance. There’s a strip mall right next to the hotel and owned by the same company that has restaurants, groceries, and merchandise kiosks. Skyranch is a walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was cost efficient. The lobby looks like it can be a luxury hotel. But there’s where it ended for me. The room I got was ok, not great. The room was outdated. Dressers and cabinets definitely had their share of wear and tear. The stove definitely needs an update. The fridge served it’s purpose. Bathroom is ok. Something about their balcony that water puddles in certain spots after it rains. The upholstery on the loveseat was stained. I just wish they would update/renovate their rooms. "
