"This hotel meets all of the qualities that are important to me: clean, quiet, & comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled and the shower was great. The staff responded very quickly to our request for a second chair so we could both sit in chairs while watching television. The room was sparsely furnished, but I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable bed. Everything was sparkling clean. I’m looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Flagstaff. "

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Great after a long cross country road trip. The woman who checked us in was so lovely and kind. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but we checked in around 7pm on Sunday and she was there when we checked out again the next morning and she was fantastic. She gave us a wonderful restaurant recommendation, which was much needed after our long drive, and gave us all of the info we would need during our stay. Highly recommend and thank you for a wonderful stay!"
