Hotel was clean and attractive. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Free airport shuttle was direct and on time. Overall a great experience; definitely recommend!! Only negative was the hard bed.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at much nicer motel 6's. This place is disgusting. Filthy. Cant even tell what color the carpet is supposed to be. Breakfast was questionable at best. Very loud all night, and no coverings on our windows to keep street light out. I wouldn't wish this place on my enemies.

While all of our guest rooms have black out curtains, our carpets were just professionally cleaned and a free breakfast of eggs sausage bagels cereal yogurt muffins and oatmeal that would not be normally offered only for a fee is above questionable. We apologize you did not enjoy your stay.

Customer service was good, however the hotel and room smelled like cigarette smoke. Heater/air conditioner in room did not function properly.

The staff didn’t clean our room and refused to bring us new towels for the room. Very disappointing service from the desk staff regarding that situation.

Staff was vey nice even when guets were not nice to them. Gym equipment is very low quality. Elliptical felt like it would fall apart.
