I picked this motel because it was pet friendly, but come to find out at check in they do not except cats. That was a blow after such a long day on the road. The front desk attendant was helpful in suggesting other motels who did take cats. On your website, don’t say you’re pet friendly if you’re not! Or, at least, indicate that you allow only dogs.

We had a room with 2 queen beds we had booked off of hotels.com. When we arrived my wife decided she wanted a single King size bed instead of the 2 queens because none of our kids ended up coming on this trip with us. The staff was very nice and within a half hour had changed us to the single king without any extra charge. Win for us and a win for them. We stay in St George 3 or 4 times a year. We will be back again!
