We had contacted the concierge in advance who arrange for a car from the ship to the hotel, which worked out perfectly. We also had asked for early check-in since we got off the ship very early. After waiting for about an hour they were able to get us into a room which was brilliant upgraded room, which was very beautiful, I can’t say enough nice things about the wonderful check-in staff, the bellman and the service . Don’t miss the 11th floor bar which has some light bit bites but you’re outstanding.

First time visiting Malta and I’m not only in love with this country but I think my stay at the Hyatt has had everything to do with it as well! Check in was easy, I happened to mention that it was my daughters birthday trip, the next day when we returned to our room we had a lovely surprise waiting and this is an example of how they take care of you here. Every staff member was professional and courteous. The rooms are large and well appointed, the facilities are top tier! I throughly recommend a stay here and can’t thank the staff enough for a special visit! I also enjoyed the pool being accessible 24/7 no matter what sites (walkable rate of 10 with clear access to transportation services as well) I was able to come back and go for a swim in their calming spa area!
