The best place in dead sea and my favorite place on earth I would love to live there people are very friendly and staff really make you feel special rooms are very comfortable the shower is a different story I enjoyed my stay last time and I enjoyed it this time and I’m gonna go back every time I get a chance

Clean rooms, everything worked. Pools were nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good. Walking around the property on the outside, there were areas that could use maintenance. There were uneven sidewalks and unlevel ground- I actually tripped out by the kid’s pool. It was a decent stay. The neighborhood around the hotel was terrible. Trash is thrown all over the streets, I saw multiple people just throwing trash out of their car windows. Lots and lots of trash ruining the beautiful scenery.

We had a lovely stay, we never left the hotel the whole 3 nights we stayed there. It is comfortable and everything you needed for that part of Jordan could be found in the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great and the staff couldn’t be any more helpful. Everything was great.

Great clean resort with easy access to Dead sea to experience the sea and mud. Only suggestion would be to provide more free water as we experienced in other resorts. I was later told the one bottle of water is complementary, but label was not clear on that.
