Extremely nice reception who accommodated to me early check in needs. Hotel is perfect for arrival to Sydney and is walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Fast, easy check-in. Requested a certain type of pillow online which they had waiting in the room for me. Very clean except for several hairs in the bathroom. Comfy bed. A/C worked well. Only complaint would be the seemingly constant sound of doors slamming all around. Overall a good experience.
