Excellent place to stay. Great sleep quality, very comfortable bed and it had the best shower! The staff were lovely and helpful, they were wonderful to look after our bags before we could check in. Which allowed us to walk around Tokyo after our long flight. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very good location. 6 minutes from Tokyo station by foot and right in front of Kyobashi station which gets you to the Ginza line and straight to Shibuya station. Room however was quite small, clean. I would stay again.

I find it strange that a hotel with self check facilities needs staff to show you how to operate them. Good location right beside kyobashi subway station but rooms so ridiculously small. If you are from overseas with two full size suitcases be prepared! You cant swing a cat

Tight quarters. There is not enough room to be comfortable despite being light travellers with only carry on bags - definitely avoid if you are planning to have more than carry ons and backpacks. Room was also awkwardly humid (open dehydrated snacks re-hydrated themselves overnight). Nonetheless, the staff were welcoming and helpful, property was clean and well maintained.

Great location that is very near to the train station with an easy short walk. Great food offerings at the breakfast buffet including many Japanese delicacies.

“Your room is ready, but you are early so it will be 3000 yen” sounds more like “we don’t care about your comfort and convenience, we prefer to have an empty room or $20.” Besides that, the rest of the stay was good. But what a crappy welcome. Review your policies please, I am not coming back and likely others might not too.
