Valley View Home in Shangrila with water access

Comfortable 2 story home on a small resort lake/pond with 6 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and a pool with all other amenities located in a private community. Pool (seasonal),playground and Lake/pond accessed through the back yard.

The nearly 200 acre Resort Property is located in the Shangri-La Valley which means the hidden happy place. Along this valley flows a small creek where beaver, deer, turkeys and other wildlife roam. Snakes and other reptiles common to southern Utah can also be found so its best to stick to the paved paths if you are inexperienced to outdoors near Zion. Fishing is privately stocked so no license required but only for catch and release fishing. (Fishing tours available for learners or those who want to be catchers)

Pool is open June-October. Pool is not heated
