Facility is very old and not well kept. Elevator broke down while there. Rugs and stairwells are dirty. Pool was under reconstruction. Mold in the shower. Bathtub had black stains.

Badda book, badda stay somewhere else! Rude and obnoxious desk staff, we made reservations for two attached rooms with two queen beds, after calling months ahead to ensure we got the right rooms, and was told only suites connect, which we reserved and paid extra for, when we checked in, we were told thats not true only the cheaper non-suites are attached, and were assigned non adjoining rooms with one king bed each, and were told if we didn't like it go somewhere else, knowing there wouldn't be another room available in town. Rudely asked me when we checked in when we were telling the desk staff our situation, "I don't care, A NAME WOULD BE NICE!" when I looked at my spouse the lady behind the desk said, "Do you have a problem? I can cancel your reservation. I'm SURE you can find another room, and I can get more for the room then you paid online". Filthy rooms, bugs dead on the floor, water damaged ceilings with falling plaster, pubic hairs in the shower, also NO HOT WATER. Bathroom doors don't open all the way making access difficult for people with disabilities. Missing light covers throughout the hotel, and no ice machine on the 4th floor. Stains on the blankets, looked like a murder was committed on our ottoman from the size of the stain, obviously these were smoking rooms at one time from the smell, was warned by a member o

The staff was was very helpful and nice but the room needed some repair, the bathroom door was off its hinges light bulb were burnt out and the paper was coming off the wall.

Nice traveling with family just what we needed.

On our way to visit family. Very tired of driving. In much need of a good nights sleep. This place fit the need.

be careful with this one

Pros: breakfast, cookies
Cons: see above
Not well maintained. Toilet cycled whole time - I reported they never fixed during 7 day stay. Roaches in room. Many people with dogs in hotel - probably not a good thing. Pillows somewhat lacking in comfort. Breakfast was good and staff generally friendly. Many had bad colds however.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in

Pros: The hotel staff seemed nice for the most part. Even the questionable guy got better. The fridge and microwave were clean and worked. Good wifi.
Cons: So many things. For one, it would be nice if the complaints I made while in person at the front desk were still in existence. Magical disappearance?
Rm 1: drapes dangling from the hooks, what looked to be tobacco juice spilled down the wall beneath the window and the hanging drapes, view of outside around air conditioning system (not sealed). I called the front desk to ask if there was anyone available to clean the spill/mess off the wall and hang the drapes properly. The man on duty came up to my room a little while later because housekeeping was unavailable and he said, "I'm not sure what you want me to do about this (speaking of the drapes). You're taller than me." THAT IS A QUOTE. Well, I also addressed the substance on the wall and he didn't even acknowledge it except to look at it skeptically. He left...no apology, no offer to clean anything or change room. An hour later...Call 1 to Travelocity: I got a new room within 10 minutes. Rm 2: There were only partial toiletry items in the bathroom, HOWEVER, there was NO MATTRESS PROTECTOR ON THE BED!!! That means previous sleepers' fluids on the bed only have a little sheet between "that" and me. So, I called the front desk. Same man. "We do not have any mattress protectors for a king." I'm not sure if they were out or do not use them. During the week, there were no cups or plates at breakfast one day, no plates the next day, out of two hot food items before 8 a.m. My trash can liners did not get replaced two of the days, ice bag never replaced, never toiletry items, no vacuuming, sheets unchanged, housekeeping left room unlatched.
