The good - Front desk staff was great, very helpful. They let us have a late checkout which after the Marathon was much appreciated. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but it had eggs/meat option and some cereals and a fruit. Location is ok, lots of hotels in the area and a few chain restaurants around. Our room had no issues, it was clean. The bad - Just general upkeep of the facility, nothing major but little broken light fixtures, tears in the wall, etc. It was too cold to use the pool but it was an eyesore, murky water and half full with some garbage in it. Minor but the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud.

Thank you for the nice review! I will have my maintenance fix all the issues you had with your room. We have a pool but it seasonal, so the pool is closed and waiting for the cover to the pool to come in. We are very sorry for any inconvenience you may had but we are happy that we enjoyed your stay.

Not sure if it was because I used Travelocity or not, but I felt like I got an old, run down room. The carpet was worn and stained, the tub was discolored, and only 1 lamp worked. On a positive note, the linens on the bed were clean and the bed was comfortable. I don’t have to have brand new, but it is definitely time for some renovations at this hotel.

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW. There was only one good thing about my stay and that was the night of my check-in. The young lady was very friendly and was wearing her mask as ordered by the city of Tulsa. Other than that things went downhill. I had my 5 year old daughter with me who loves elevators but I am not so we used the stairs. The main stairs off the lobby had missing parts of the railings, parts of railings falling off the walls and filthy carpet. What was most disturbing was the fact that there were spots on the wall paper that had MOLD growing through. YES, mold was growing through the wall paper. There were also spots on the ceiling that had dark water stains (obviously the roof leaked) and the paint was bubbling and yet again MOLD growing. There were 2 windows in this stair way and they had cob webs in all the corners, the wall paper had peeled away from the window and YES MORE MOLD. When I got to the 3rd floor I immediately noticed cracks in the ceilings and water stains, leaking roof, everywhere. The carpets were filthy, the walls were dirty and it smelled. The AC unit only had one fan speed, slow, and it cooled poorly. front desk said all of them worked that way. The bath tub bottom was stained black in places, had no drain plug, the wall paper was peeling from around the top of the walls. After 30 min with no shoes in the room my daughters feet were black. DISGUSTING. The pool area was unkept. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN

Check in was pleasant and she was very courteous and very helpful...when we got to the room our tv didn’t work and she came and figured it out. Our room had an odor to it and it wasn’t very clean...it was dusty, ice machine didn’t work on the 3rd floor we had to go to 1st floor to find ice.

My daughter and I were in Tulsa for a wedding, and we appreciated the full mirrored twin doors on the closet and large mirror over the longer counter space open to the bedroom. Private toilet and shower with heat lamp on timer was nice. The desk by the window was great for extra prep space.
