I don't think I've ever checked into a hotel so quickly and efficiently. Seriously, it took about a minute, from walking in the door to holding my key card. I was tired from travel, and that was much appreciated.

We requested rooms near each other, but they put us all on different floors. The pool was closed, and there was nothing on their website to let us know it was closed. The front desk said it had been closed "as long as she'd been working there", so it was not a new issue. They had the breakfast room closed. They stuck a few things in a basket, but it was not the breakfast that they advertised. Several of the 4th floor bathtubs would not drain. The towels were stained. A few of the ice machines were not working. We had 4 rooms in our group & they were not cheap rooms. We had planned an afternoon in the pool after being on the motorcycles all day. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known their advertised pool was unavailable in June.
