The front desk staff did not let us know that the pool was closed so we got ready and went down to the pool and it was super disappointing to my daughter, who was hoping to swim for her birthday. Did not compensate any part of the stay to make up for this disappointing time. The only reason we booked with your hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. So disappointing.

I would have only given this hotel a 1 were it not for the breakfast staff. These ladies, especially "Ha" were amazing! So friendly, very helpful, only reason I was happy with my trip. The rest of the staff from check in, to asking questions were horrible. None of them were wearing name tags either, probably so they couldn't be blasted for being so awful. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
