Disappointed at The Sutton Place
Check in was very disappointing- the ladies were very helpful the the gentleman was rude. The fridge didn't keep things cold, the safe didn't work, and the jacuzzi jets wouldn't work. Some of the staff went above and beyond the accommodate. The doorman was amazing. The biggest disappointment was that cash was not good enough. The Front desk manager wouldn't come out to speak to us. Just sent his employee to do his dirty work. I'm in the travel industry and your hotel will not be recommended by myself to clients.
